Oliver Walker felt anxious as well. The misunderstanding between him and his wife was getting deeper, and he had to explain himself, “I am only doing this for Olivia!”

“Our daughter is sick, and I am equally worried as well. I know that you have lots of reasons to be suspicious of me, but why can’t you give me even a single chance to prove myself?!”

There was nothing left to say!

The entire corridor turned quiet once again.

Perhaps only the silence would allow both of them to calm down.

Oliver Walker wanted to step forward to wipe off the tears on his wife’s face!

But, he knew that his stubborn wife would not allow it.

“Master, the patient has completely recovered. When will I be able to save our little sister, Olivia?”

Suddenly, Hendric Smith, who rushed all the way back, broke the silence between them.

Oliver Walker took a deep breath and said, “I…”

Emilia interrupted instead, “That’s enough! You don’t have to say another word!

“Do you really take me as an idiot?

“The doctors here have already declared him dead due to respiratory failure. He managed to save that man?!”

She had no idea who this old man was!

If she knew, she wouldn’t be suspicious of him.
